What makes the C-5000 different from other models?
The C-5000 is our premium dispenser. It combines 3-stage or 4-stage reverse osmosis filtration, UV self-cleaning, touch and touchless dispensing, and an advanced digital display with a "Plastic Bottles Saved" counter all in one unit. It also has the largest tank volumes in our lineup (2.5-gallon cold, 0.45-gallon hot), a tall 14″ dispense height for filling large bottles, and built-in leak detection. We automatically install the right filtration based on your water quality.
What does the digital display show?
The advanced display shows the current time, water temperature, a running "Plastic Bottles Saved" counter, UV self-cleaning activation status, filter replacement alerts, leak detection alerts, and no-water or error alerts.
What does reverse osmosis filtration remove?
The base 3-stage system (sediment, pre-carbon, post-carbon) removes chlorine, sediment, rust, VOCs, bad tastes, and odors. When we add the 4th stage — a reverse osmosis membrane — it also removes arsenic, lead, nitrates, sulfates, PFAS, and total dissolved solids (TDS). We assess your water quality and install the right configuration.
How often are filters replaced?
Filters are replaced every 12 months. These are commercial-grade cartridges built to handle daily office usage. Our service team performs all filter replacements and it is included in your rental price — you never have to touch a filter or pay extra.
Is there a foot pedal option?
Yes. The C-5000 supports an optional touchless foot pedal dispensing add-on for completely hands-free operation — ideal for healthcare, food service, and high-traffic shared spaces.
