Yes — we connect to your existing cold-water line and a standard outlet. We don’t perform electrical work, but we can recommend an electrician if needed. Standard installation is included; major plumbing is quoted for approval.
We change filters every 6–12 months depending on model and usage. We also sanitize and inspect the unit. Most units include in-tank UV for continuous protection.
All installations, filter changes, routine maintenance, and repairs are covered. There are no hidden fees for standard service or replacements.
