2. Service Requests
By submitting a request for installation, repair, or delivery, you confirm all provided information is accurate. Cold Office Water Corp. reserves the right to verify details, reject requests, or reschedule appointments at its discretion.
3. Billing, Subscriptions & Recurring Charges
By subscribing to a rental or service plan, you authorize Cold Office Water Corp. to bill your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly, as applicable). Subscriptions remain active until canceled in writing with sufficient notice.
We use trusted third-party processors such as Intuit QuickBooks Payments, Solna (formerly Cardknox), Stripe, and WooCommerce. We do not store full credit card data on our site or servers.
4. Missed Appointments, Access Fees & Rescheduling
If our technician is unable to access the location due to a no-show, locked facility, or similar reason, a missed appointment fee may apply. Installations requiring stairs, confined spaces, or additional plumbing may incur access or labor fees. These will be disclosed in advance or invoiced post-inspection. Changes to appointments require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid penalties.
5. Product Descriptions & Availability
We strive to maintain accurate product listings, but availability and details are subject to change. We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, carriers, or third-party suppliers.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a lease or recurring agreement in writing. Fees already incurred (installations, filters, billing cycles) are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Product returns are accepted within 15 days if unused and in original condition.
7. Communication Consent
By using our site or submitting a form, you consent to receive messages from Cold Office Water Corp. via email, phone, SMS/text, and WhatsApp related to service updates, billing, or promotions. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cold Office Water Corp. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 90 days.
9. Intellectual Property
