Yes — multi-floor installations are standard in Manhattan. We coordinate with building management, schedule service elevator access, handle COI documentation for the building, and install across as many floors as needed. All units across all floors are serviced and maintained under one flat monthly rate.

Yes — research has found microplastics in bottled water including 5-gallon plastic jugs. Plastic leaches from the container into the water during storage and transit. Our tap-connected systems have no plastic storage at any stage — water is filtered from the line on demand. No jug. No plastic storage.
