We handle COI requirements within 24 hours, coordinate with building management and security, install across multiple floors, and service all units under one flat monthly rate. Yes — Newport and Harborside are Jersey City's major corporate office park campuses and a regular part of our service area. We work with the property management companies, issue COIs meeting their requirements, and coordinate dock or service access for installation and all subsequent service visits.
