Are Sabbath Mode water coolers available for purchase or rental?
Sabbath Mode coolers are sold outright only. Ownership keeps your configuration consistent for Shabbos and Yom Tov.
Can sparkling water be dispensed on Shabbos?
Sometimes. It depends on the specific unit and your rabbi’s approval. Where permitted, we configure it so sparkling dispenses without triggering electrical parts. If not approved, we install a dedicated Shabbos shut-off so sparkling cannot be used on Shabbos.
Do your machines have a kosher certificate?
There is no blanket hechsher. We are direct dealers for the manufacturers and provide full specs and operating details to your rabbinic authority. Certification, if required, is issued by your site’s rabbi after reviewing the setup and method of use.
How does “Sabbath mode” actually work?
It varies by model. A common setup uses an ice-bath reservoir with a copper coil: water cools passively as it flows through. On Shabbos, dispensing is manual—no solenoids, compressor cycling, lights, or sensors are triggered.
What filtration options are available?
We offer 3-stage or 5-stage reverse osmosis. Select models support optional in-tank UV. We’ll recommend a configuration based on your water and usage.
